Recipe of an amazing raw vegan brownie
 
Ingredients
Bottom:
1 dl walnuts (or hazelnuts)
2 dl cashews
1 dl coconut flakes
10 dates
1 dl cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
Vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt
 
Top/frosting:
10 dates
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
Vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt
 
I found this recipe in the book Hello Green by Josefine Jäger and was eager to try it. I made it with hazelnuts one time and it work just as well, so I can recommend trying both if you want to mix things up. The recipe is so easy and it takes less than 30 minutes to make (but then you have to wait for it to set in the freezer).
 
I start by mixing all the ingredients for the bottom. The consistency is not super creamy, but creamy enough to stick together. I press the dough down in some kind of baking pan and leave it in the freezer while I make the top/frosting. The frosting is made by mixing all the ingredients and this time the consistency is more creamy. Put it on top of the other dough and leave the brownie in the freezer until it has hardened. In the picture you can see that I've cut up the brownie in smaller pieces. I did this because it makes it easier to serve and eat.
