Gluten-free pancakes from Kung Markatta, with oats and chia seeds
I went to Malmö a while ago and went to one of my favourite supermarkets. I saw this product on the shelf and since I've never seen it before and I love Kung Markatta's products, I decided to try it out.
Basically, it's ready made mix for pancakes. It's gluten-free, with oats, chia seeds, coconut sugar and teff flour. I didn't really know what to expect, since I almost never buy this kind of product. I decided to just try it, without having too high expectations.
It says that you should mix it with water or the milk you prefer, and I chose to mix it with 3 dl oatmilk and 3 dl water. Then I made them in a pan with coconut oil.
Look at them! They looked so good and I was really excited to try them. I served them with melted dark organic chocolate and some red currants from the garden. I could definitely buy this mixture again. I bought it at the ICA store at Södra Förstadsgatan in Malmö, where they have a departement for vegan and organic groceries. It was about 40 kr.
